A 19-year-old castrated, male domestic long-haired cat was
referred to the Western Veterinary Specialist Centre with a
history of an acute onset of leaning and falling, a horizontal
nystagmus with the fast phase towards the right, and seizurelike
episodes that had been occurring for approximately 1 wk
duration....
